The RGS Show Cattle team won a sixth consecutive inter-school trophy at the Rockhampton Show in June.
Many RGS students recorded wins and places in their classes with Charli White setting a Rockhampton Show record after winning the overall student title along with winning every class in her age group. RGS student George Tucker took home top junior student, Cam Mortimer, Tyler Hyden and Greta Smith won classes and Anna-Rose Chapman won top point student for prime judging. Lucy Prentice also qualified for the regional paraders final.
This follows on from the team's previous success at Beef Week where RGS Team Black scored back-to-back wins, claiming the competitive title once again in the Schools Team Judging competition.
The RG1 team now set their sites on Ekka in Brisbane.
