We often say that when you exit the front gates of The Rockhampton Grammar School, you become a Grammarian for life. RGS Alumni can be found all around the world, at all stages of life and pursuing a diverse range of career paths. However, they are all connected by their Grammar education and memories. 

RGS Alumni

The RGS Alumni works closely with the School to organise annual Reunions as well as social and networking events. Past Students are encouraged to follow the RGS Alumni (Past Students’ Association) facebook page to keep up to date with past student news and events. The RGS Alumni meet once a month (meeting dates below).  Any past student of The Rockhampton Grammar School is welcome to attend and will be warmly greeted by Alumni members.

2023 Alumni Meetings

The RGS Alumni meet on the 4th Wednesday each month and meetings are held at the School.  2023 meeting dates are below:

The School looks forward to welcoming back the 1973 (50 year), 1983 (40 year) and 2003 (20 year) Alumni groups for their School Reunion from 22-23 September 2023. Distinguished Past Students' Awards Dinner

The Distinguished Past Students’ Awards Dinner is an annual event that recognises the actions and achievements of past students who have gone above and beyond, and in doing so, encourage aspirations and ideals of the highest community standards and values. It is the School community’s pre-eminent means of recognising outstanding achievement and contribution by past students.
