Thank you to everyone who supported the RGS Cancer Awareness High Tea on Saturday, 20 May which raised almost $3000 for the Cancer Council.
The wet weather forced the event to move indoors to the RGS Rowing Club, but that did not dampen the spirits of guests. Thank you to guest speakers Lilly, Amanda and Lisa for sharing their heartfelt accounts of their own experiences with cancer. Special mention goes to the RGS Year 12 committee chairs, Lilly, Charlie, Sarah and Stevie for organizing a wonderful event. We are grateful to the sponsors who helped make the event a success in donating items for the raffle which raised funds for the Cancer Council.
