The RGS Dance and Musical Theatre Academy is opening its doors on Sunday 2 November! We invite families to join us for a day of rhythm, laughter, and the pure joy of dance.
Children can sign up to as many classes as they would like - it's the perfect opportunity to try something new! Open Day will also be a wonderful opportunity to explore our state-of-the-art studios, meet our passionate instructors and learn more about the diverse dance styles we offer. We can't wait to welcome you to our vibrant dance community and share the passion that fuels our school.
When is Open Day?: Sunday 2 November 2025
Who can attend?: Any child from Kindy to Year 12! Children do not need to be members of the RGS Dance and Musical Theatre Academy or students of The Rockhampton Grammar School to attend the Open Day. No dance experience is required!
What is the cost?: Attendance is entirely free!
What does my child wear and bring?: Comfortable clothing that they can move in. Children may bring dance shoes if they wish; however, they are not required. Don't forget a water bottle!
Where is DMTA?: The RGS Dance and Musical Theatre Academy is located on The Rockhampton Grammar School campus. There is a map below, and there will be signage on the day so you know how to find us!
