Taekwon-Do is the Korean Art of Self-Defence and directly translates as 'The Art of Hand and Foot'. Like many Martial Arts, Taekwon-Do is steeped in history and roots that stretch back centuries. Taekwon-Do is, arguably, the most dynamic and academic Martial Art in the world, with a genuine ranking system, code of ethics, conduct, cultural discipline and promotion of health, well-being and personal safety. It is also the most popular of all Martial Arts world-wide.Taekwon-Do has many benefits socially, mentally and physically, including the following: improved co-ordination, enhanced body awareness, increased flexibility and cardiovascular fitness, boost self confidence, augment social interaction and communication skills, encourage cultural awareness, nurture general wellbeing and positive self-image, and offers the opportunity to progress and improve self-esteem through the belt grading system.In addition to these benefits, this truly dynamic art teaches and promotes the following Tenets (life rules): Courtesy,Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Indomitable Spirit.

Fees
Yearly Fee $120 (Payable within the first two weeks of training)
Membership with ITFA Associates (International Taekwon-Do FGMR Associates)
Grading Fee: $80.00 per grading
Gup Uniform from $80.00
Private Tuition Option $40.00 per hour (by appointment only)
