Current Students

RGS Bursaries

The Rockhampton Grammar School Bursary programme is made possible by generous donors who believe in the transformative power of education. The following Bursaries are offered at RGS:

1881 Endowment

The Board of Trustees, believing in the educational advantages available to young people at The Rockhampton Grammar School, established the 1881 Endowment, a School fund that enables means-tested students from all backgrounds to study here annually at reduced rates. Financial support for the Endowment emanates from the generosity of dedicated donors, supplemented by the proceeds generated from School events and fundraising initiatives. Recipients of the 1881 Endowment bursaries are selected based on their well-rounded excellence, encompassing good academic achievements, exemplary behaviour, and commendable effort, alongside a demonstrated financial need.
