The Rockhampton Grammar School is seeking to appoint a Head of Leadership, commencing in January 2026.
The Head of Leadership will be expected to demonstrate on-going excellence in leadership; teaching; administration; professional conduct; relationships with students, parents, teaching and support staff, and the wider school community; and a genuine commitment to young people and their learning.
As the Head of Leadership, you are responsible for all aspects of The Rockhampton Grammar School (RGS) Leadership Programmes for students, staff and the wider community as well as being a mentor to other staff. You will manage the School's technologies, facilities and resources as they relate to these programmes and associated projects. The Head of Leadership will have a 0.6 teaching load.

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time | 5 Year Tenure, Head of Department
REPORTS TO: Deputy to the Headmaster
BASIC FUNCTION: Development and implementation of student, staff and community Leadership programmes at the School.
