Enrolment Meeting
In the year prior to prospective enrolment, the family and prospective student will be invited to an enrolment meeting. At this meeting, the family will meet with the Headmaster and Head of School who will oversee the child's academic progress and pastoral care, in their first year.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Headmaster or his representative will offer the prospective student a place, or inform the family that a place is not available.
Confirmation
When the student is offered a place, the family will receive a confirmation letter. To ensure the place is reserved, a confirmation fee must be paid, which is half of the Term 1 Tuition fees. This fee is non-refundable. $150 is held in trust as a sundry expenses deposit and the remainder is credited against first term fees. This fee must be paid before 1 July in the year prior to entry. Those accepted after 1 July must pay the confirmation fee within three weeks of the date of interview.
Included with the confirmation letter are census data and medical forms, which must be completed and returned to the Registrar, at the same time as the confirmation fee is paid.
The enrolment will not be confirmed until the confirmation fee is paid and forms are returned.
Orientation
Prior to commencement, usually in December, each family will receive an orientation package that will contain:
- Programme for Orientation
- Booklists
- Uniform requirements.
- Boarder's Handbook (boarders only)
- General school information
