Meeting Time
The Art Club will meet on Tuesdays 3:30 - 5pm and is open to students who wish to work on independent ideas after consultation with the instructor.
Photo Club will meet on Mondays 3:30 - 5pm during Term 2 and Term 3.

Open Studio
Students are able to negotiate activities according to their interests. These can range from craft to art to completing class tasks.
Activities may include clay, knitting, printmaking, sculpture, weaving, beading/jewellery etc.
A Term1 project is to make a mosaic for the boarding house.
Photography
- Students are exposed to the use of an SLR camera and black and white film.
- They learn to develop their own negatives and print their own photos.
- Experimental work such as solarization and sandwiching images will also be covered.
- Digital photography and use of photo-editing software can also be included.
- As the darkroom is very small, numbers of students will be limited.
